Do you charge in Euros?

Our prices are displayed in euros (€). Don't worry — your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate when you check out. You will be charged in your local currency.

What is the difference between TPU and PVC?

The Jelly Bag is made from TPU — a premium material that is firmer, more structured, and self-standing. It has a distinctive glossy, glass-like finish that catches the light. Our other styles (The Original, Le Petite, The Baguette) are made from PVC — a lightweight, flexible material available in bold solid colours. Both materials are waterproof and easy to wipe clean.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship to most major countries around the world.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped out and the tracking number has been sent to your email, simply go to our website and click the Track My Order page. From there you can get live updates on your order.

Can I cancel my order after I've already paid?

After we've shipped your product out you can't cancel your order, but once you receive it you can return it for a refund. Please view our full refund policy for more details.
