we want you to love your order.

· if your item arrives with a quality issue or incorrect colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@lejelly.com with photos — we'll review it and make it right.

· please note: our bags are made from PVC/TPU material. minor surface marks or light scratches that may occur in transit are inherent to the material and are not considered a fault. items with minor surface marks are not eligible for return. if your item arrives with significant or highly visible damage, please contact us within 14 days with photos.

· for change-of-mind returns: items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
