each pair is handmade to order. orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 business days of purchase. you will receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.

· if your pair arrives damaged or in the wrong colour, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lejelly.com with photos or video of the parcel and earrings. claims reported after this window are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

· our earrings are made with 100% natural feathers. slight differences in shape, length and colour from piece to piece are part of their handmade charm and are not considered defects.

· for hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned. change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the earrings are unworn and in their original packaging. return shipping, customs fees and any duties are the customer's responsibility.

· sale items, bundle/discount items and final sale items are not eligible for return.

material: 100% natural feathers. gold: gold-plated brass posts and base trays. silver: stainless steel posts and base trays.

care: keep away from water, perfume and hairspray. gently fluff the feathers back into shape with your fingers if they get flattened. store in the original dust bag, away from heavy objects, to keep their shape.

after your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. simply visit our website and click the "track my order" page for live updates on your order.

should i choose 5cm or 8cm?

going for photos, content, a party or an event? 8cm is your pick — it's made to be seen. for everyday looks like office or daily wear, 5cm is just right. still can't decide? why not get both?

are the earrings heavy?

no — feathers are super light, so they're comfortable to wear all day, even the 8cm size.

can i cancel my order after i've already paid?

as each pair is made to order, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. please email us at hello@lejelly.com as soon as possible. after that, your earrings will already be in the making.
