· our bags and charms are made from PVC/TPU material. light surface marks, scratches, or minor colour variation are part of the material and are not considered defects — these are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

· for change-of-mind returns: items must be unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact, and returned within 14 days of delivery. return shipping, customs fees, and any duties are the customer's responsibility.

What is the difference between tpu and pvc?

the jelly bag is made from tpu — a premium material that is firmer, more structured, and self-standing. it has a distinctive glossy, glass-like finish that catches the light. our other styles (the original, le petite, the baguette) are made from pvc — a lightweight, flexible material available in bold solid colours. both materials are waterproof and easy to wipe clean.
