· please note: our bags are made from PVC/TPU material. minor surface marks or light scratches that may occur in transit are inherent to the material and are not considered a fault. items with minor surface marks are not eligible for return. if your item arrives with significant or highly visible damage, please contact us within 14 days with photos.

· for change-of-mind returns: items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

the jelly bag collection is crafted from premium TPU — firm, structured, and built to last.

all other styles are made from high-quality PVC.

to clean: simply wipe with a damp cloth or wet wipe. 

Do you charge in euros?

our prices are displayed in euros (€). don't worry — your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate when you check out. you will be charged in your local currency.

What is the difference between tpu and pvc?

the jelly bag is made from tpu — a premium material that is firmer, more structured, and self-standing. it has a distinctive glossy, glass-like finish that catches the light. our other styles (the original, le petite, the baguette) are made from pvc — a lightweight, flexible material available in bold solid colours. both materials are waterproof and easy to wipe clean.

Do you ship internationally?

yes! we ship to most major countries around the world.

after your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. simply visit our website and click the "track my order" page for live updates on your order.

Can i cancel my order after i've already paid?

once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. however, you're welcome to return it for a refund once received. please view our full refund policy for more details.
