· if your item arrives with a quality issue or incorrect colour, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lejelly.com with photos or video of the unopened parcel. claims reported after this window are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

· our bags and charms are made from PVC/TPU material. light surface marks, scratches, or minor colour variation are part of the material and are not considered defects — these are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

· for change-of-mind returns: items must be unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact, and returned within 14 days of delivery. return shipping, customs fees, and any duties are the customer's responsibility.

· sale items, bundle/discount items, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
